"When a woman becomes her own best friend; Life is easier."

Just like that the holidays and all the commotion that comes with them have dwindled down. And the new year presents itself in the form of a blank canvas. Personally, I've never been a big fan of new year's resolutions. I feel if you really want to accomplish something it will get done, no matter what time of year. I do however like the principle of setting goals and challenging one's self. A personal goal I'm working towards (and have always been???) is to have more self love and esteem. It's so easy for me to tear myself apart mentally, and I'm trying to be more positive and ~loving~ toward myself. While it seems like such a simple task it's a lot harder then it sounds. However, I'm working towards it everyday and won't give up until it's a regular mindset.
