Happy midweek, sweet hearts! 

I have just the thing that will get you through the rest of the week! How about a jam packed blog post that you won't be able to read through without drooling? Or perhaps you'll be on the next flight out to Amsterdam! You're welcome ;-)

1.) This big boy is called the "Dutch Pancake." Imagine this: A thin crepe like pancake with clusters of stroopwaffel inside. (A stroopwaffel is a cookie filled with caramel on the inside.) But it doesn't stop there, folks! It's topped with cinnamon ice cream, whipped cream, chocolate chunks, and powdered sugar! Gains, much?

 2) On the opposite spectrum as far as size goes, we have "Poffertjes." Don't let their tiny cuteness deceive you, they are absolutely delicious! These tiny pancakes are covered in powdered sugar and topped with ice cream and caramel sauce. As far as the sauce goes, they can be topped with whatever your little heart desires!


5) Last but not least, we have one of my favourites macarons! Living in Europe it's very easy to find these. They seem to be around every corner. Which can be a good or bad thing. The hardest part is choosing which bakery to purchase them from. But then that's only half the battle because you have to figure out which flavours you want as well!!! #Thestruggleisreal guys.
