After being in Paris for a couple days I was finally able to climb to the top of the Arc de Triomphe de l'Étoile. It's fairly cheap to purchase tickets, the only down side is the wait time. Luckily we went on a Saturday night which according to the locals was a bit less crowded. Well they were right, the wait time was non existent! Thank goodness, because I don't think I could have waited on a narrow staircase for that long. Unlike the Tour Eiffel, there isn't an elevator that can bring you straight up. You need to climb up and back down again. But trust me, the breathtaking view is worth it!!!  (warning lot's of photos up ahead!) Therefore I will break this post up into different parts!
