My Weekly Eats!

After last week's sugar rush I decided to make today's post just a tad bit on the healthier side. Trust me, I have the biggest sweet tooth ever. If I could eat sweets all day I'd be in heaven! However, it's all about balance! Here is a more realistic look at what I actually eat during the week. If you're a fan of pretty looking food that is also good for you, then this post is for you! And if you guys have any recipes you'd like to share with me I absolutely love trying new things!

  • Breakfast
I enjoy starting off my day with something that's a tad bit on the lighter side; but heavy enough to keep me full until lunch time rolls around.


• vanilla greek yogurt topped with kiwi,
strawberry, banana, & muesli 



• scrambled eggs with mixed greens & wheat toast  

• mixed fruit bowl; kiwi & strawberry 

  • Lunch
Right around noon I start to get hungry again, this is usually when I try to eat.

• quinoa with mixed veggies 
• mixed greens salad with figs & pine nuts 
• bowl of greek yogurt with mixed fruit,
 seeds, & honey 


  • Dinner
By the time that my last meal of the day approaches I'm usually don't have a large appetite or I'm starving. There's no in between!

• acai bowl topped with
 granola & coconut 
• breakfast for dinner is most
definitely always an option 

• quinoa plate with mixed greens, grilled eggplant, bell pepper,
hummus, chick peas, & beetroot caviar
